Daddy's Home 2 is a family-style Christmas comedy film that is worked on by Sean Anders (Dumb and Dumber To) as director and screenwriter. The film continues the 'sequel' story from its first film, Daddy's Home released in 2015. In the scenario-making, Sean is assisted by John Morris (We're the Millers, Horrible Bosses 2) who also took part in the producer's seat with Will Farrell (The Other
Guy, The Lego Movie), Adam McKay (Ant-Man, Holmes and Watson), Chris Henchy (Tammy, The Boss) and Kevin Messick (Jack Reacer 2, Ibiza).

Unlike previous films, the film has no more involvement with Red Granite Pictures, the first film production house and now produced by Gary Sanchez Productions with the same distributor, Paramount Pictures. The storyline of this movie continues the journey of Brad and Dusty to be a true father but having to deal with their own father, Jonah and Kurt who are visiting for the holidays.

The film Daddy's Home 2 became the 3rd film from Will Farrell (Get Hard, The House) and Mark Wahlberg (Transformers 5, All the Money in the World) in collaboration on comedy film. Featuring other players like John Cena (Blockers, Bumblebee), John Lithgow (The Accountant, Pitch Perfect 3), Mel Gibson (Hacksaw Ridge, The Proffesor and the Madman), Linda Cardellini (The Founder, Hunter Killer) and Scarlett Estevez (Tv -series: Lucifer).

The entire character and storyline of Daddy's Home movie was first sparked by an American writer and producer named Brian Burns. With the tagline, "More Daddies, More Problems", Daddy's Home 2 movie is scheduled to air in mid-November.

Daddy's Home 2 Film Synopsis 2

The movie Daddy's Home 2 continues the story of disagreement between the biological father and stepfather, Dusty (Mark Wahlberg) and Brad (Will Farrell) who make peace to give their children the perfect Christmas. But it will be a bit hard to realize when their dad, the silly Jonah (John Lithgow) and the terrifying Kurt (Mel Gobson) are taking part in the Christmas holiday they've planned. Plus Dusty who has to deal with the biological father of his stepson (John Cena) who also came to celebrate Christmas together.
