The Current War 2018
The Current War is a biographical history film of an inventor and businessman named Thomas Alva Edison as the main character played by Benedict Cumberbatch (Thor Ragnarok, Rio). Produced by East Bekmambetov (Ben-Hur, I Am Dragon), Basil Iwanyk (Robin Hood, John Wick Chapter 3) and Steven Zaillian (Red Sparrow, The Irishman)
The film, produced by Alfonso Gomez-Rejon (The Eagle, Me and Earl and the Dying Girl) will illustrate the course of a dispute between Thomas Edison and George Westinghouse played by Michael Shannon (The Pricem Horse Soldiers). Also included was a great Serbian inventor who originally worked with Edison and sold some of his patents to Westinghouse after they parted, he was Nikola Tesla played by Nicholas Hoult (The Favorite, X-Men Dark Phoenix).
And the thrill again, Tom Holland (Chaos Walking, Avengers Infinity War) the latest Spider-Man cast will be reunited with cast Doctor Strange in this film. Also included are other players such as Katherine Waterston (Logan Lucky, Fluidic), Tuppence Middleton (The Imitation Game, Jupiter Ascending) and Matthew Macfadyen (The Three Musketeers, Lost in Karastan).
The actors and actresses will act according to the scenario created by Michael Mitnick based on a true story. Distributed by The Weinstein Company with its production company, Bazelevs Company, Film Rites and Thunder Road Pictures, The Current War film is scheduled to air at the beginning of January of 2018 despite having previously aired at the Toronto International Film Festival and Mill Valley Film Festival by producing IMDb rating about 7/10 of the 160 voters who have watched the film.
If you can not wait to watch it, this movie will be aired in the USA at the end of November even though its views are limited. For in Indonesia alone, The Current War movie has not got its delivery schedule, whether at the end of 2017 or even at the beginning of 2018 later.

Synopsis The Current War Movie
The Current War film tells about the epic story of the 1880s, the rivalry between the great inventors, Thomas Edison (Benedict Chumberbatch) and George Westinghouse (Michael Shannon) in supplying power whereby it will give power to the next generation.
As an inventor who contributes greatly to the world thanks to its discovery, the incandescent lamp, Edison insists that direct current (DC) is a stronger system. However, Westinghouse assisted by Nikola Tesla (Nicholas Hoult) has another opinion that electricity is back and forth (AC) is superior. It caused a great dispute from the great inventors of his time despite having the same goal of enlightening the future of the next generation.
