The Avengers, who were previously divided by the Civil War, are now united to fight against theos and black orders, Thanos himself is a titan of fame to collect infinity stones in order to do what he wants.
On the other hand the loki is giving teseract to the giant figure who allegedly is ofos, in this film spiderman appears but with a few different styles, Black window and captain america also look different.
Back to thanos, in the end thanos can collect all the infitiny stone and at some point he managed to hold the head of thor and destroy a planet

Official Synopsis
