Film Beyond Skyline 2017
The film Beyond Skyline became the sequel of a film released in 2010 entitled Skyline. Although the sequel, the film can be enjoyed and understood essentially even though you did not watch the first movie because the event in Beyond Skyline is at the same time with the Skyline event.
The film shoots in Yogyakarta, Batam, and California features famous Indonesian actors Iko Uwais (Star Wars The Force Awakens, Triple Threat) and Yayan Ruhian (Yakuza Apocalypse, One Good Thing). Participants such as Frank Grillo (Captain America, Wheelman), Bojana Novakovic (Shameless, Westworld), Callan Mulvey (Warcraft, Bleeding Steel) and Valentine Payen (Message Man, En Fleur).
Distributed by Thai film production house Mongkol Major and Chinese origin, E Stars Films, Beyond Skyline has spent around $ 20 million on filmmaking, in collaboration with companies that have handled visual effects from leading Hollywood movies Hydraulx, Infinite Frameworks Studios and Mothership Pictures. The film Beyond Skyline is scheduled for release in Indonesia in early November.

Film Synopsis Beyond Skyline
The film Beyond Skyline tells of the struggle of a Detective named Mark (Frank Grillo) who seeks to rescue his son, Trent (Jonny Weston) who was abducted by an evil alien.
While on the other side, the leader of an underground movement group called Sua (Iko Uwais) is devising a strategy to defeat the Alien. With the help of Sua and his group, Mark was convinced that he could save his son and defeat the alien.
